1974 Midget SPG795M

We've been contacted by David Lawson in New Zealand who is trying to get this car registered with the NZ Transport Authority. It was originally registered in the UK as SPG 795M and was originally Blaze Red. It is a round wheel arch model and was already in New Zealand when David Acquired it.
The NZ Transport Authority need to know when it was exported from the UK to NZ originally in order to complete the necessary documentation so David can use the car following a complete restoration.
It is believed the car was in use in the Portsmouth area of the UK prior to export. Can anyone help David with further information?
